Midlife is hard - Coaching for a busy life

It's not a sign of weakness to ask for help...

Do I have to commit to anything?

No. I work on an "pay as you go" basis, no advance payments, no commitments to anything but the next scheduled session. If you no longer want to work with me, you simply don't schedule another session.

How much does a session cost?

The first session is for us to get to know each other and clarify any questions you might have. After that, each session will be charged at $60 per 60 minutes. I am happy to consider your personal circumstances and give you a discount. We can discuss this in the initial session.

What, if I am not happy with the result?

There is no commitment. So, if you don't see any improvements or our working together does not benefit you, we simply stop.

What are your qualifications?

For coaching, I have been certified by the Martha Beck Institute as a Wayfinder Life Coach. Aside from this, I have an MBA and a Bachelor of Science. My day job is in Cybersecurity and I have worked with Life Coaches for many years.

How are sessions done?

I only do sessions via phone or any of the many chat applications like WhatsApp, Skype, Teams, FaceTime etc. Whatever works best for you.

What about privacy and confidentiality?

Having a day-job in cybersecurity, you can be sure that I will never record any information about you or our sessions on a computer. I only take handwritten notes and destroy them when we are done working together (or upon your request). Billing records might be kept as required for tax- and accounting purposes.
